Atli Sigurjónsson is an Icelandic filmmaker based in Reykjavík, Iceland. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019 with an MFA in Film Production and works as a freelance filmmaker with focus on editing, directing and writing.
Atli grew up in Kópavogur, Iceland and has, aside from filmmaking, worked as a film critic and in film festival programming and has an MA degree in literature.
His films have screened at festivals such as Fantastic Fest, Literally Shorts Festival, SXSW, Stockfish Film Festival and Reykjavík International Film Festival.
He plans to make his first feature film in the near future.
